Thanks for the warning!

Whee, the bouncy ball is so fun! I'm so THANKFUL for all you experts out there who told us newbies to hang on...I would have thrown in the towel the first couple of days, but curiosity got the best of me. I'll show my numbers just as an encouragement to anyone wanting to do/thinking about doing JUDDD.

Just a little info...lost most of weight on Atkins and maintained for 3 years until this past winter when about 10 lbs snuck up on me. Went back to strict induction for 12 weeks, with no loss. Found JUDDD, started 2 weeks ago.

**threw lc out the window but have found that I eat relatively moderate low carb from choice, except for two rather extreme super duper max high carb days.

Vanilla, we ALL want a ball that dives straight for goal. Lacking that, I find the bounces and dieting half the time are a definite runner-up.

Kim! You are doing great! (agreeing with Sophie about us using the bouncy emoticons! )

When I started JUDDing, the first thing I did every morning was to look at the daily weigh in thread. It took me a while to get up the courage to post there. But it's such an encouraging place when you look at everyone's daily bounces and the downward trend as the month goes along.

Pami: Love, love, love your weight charts, as always!!! Thanks for that.

I think at the end of every month, we should have a thread where we all post our monthly charts. I so appreciated you helping me with mine in March. I need to learn how to do my own so I don't have to keep bugging you!!!

I would love to know how to do a chart. My DH loves me to death, but I think he'd kill me if I asked him how to do something else on the computer. Seriously! Can I help it if we were taught how to read in 1st grade instead of how to program a stupid computer?

I'm creating a chart right now - because I see how useful they are to newbies. At the moment it doesn't look like the ball understands that it should bounce down! But I know it will!!

funny how many of us end up as mod carbers naturally when the restrictions are off and we go by how we feel from our food choices. awesome bounces there girl!

I use a weight tracker app on my iPhone, take a pic of the chart, email it to myself, download it to the computer, then upload it here. After I pixel out all the pertinent information (name, weight numbers) in PSP first.

Much easier than it sounds!
