Accurate Calories
Hi All!

What site does everyone use to figure out the calorie count of their food? I want to make sure I'm not using inaccurate numbers.

I like the Calorie King website. They also have a free app for iphone and a handy pocket-size calorie/carb book I picked up at Walmart. Lots of fast food entries and a tab for "average of all brands".

************ and websites for random stuff to figure out things that aren't in the database. I figure it's all just a guesstimate anyway so I round UP.

Thanks everyone! I round up too.

I like *********, but recently started using ************ more

I use ************ too... I also downloaded the app to my Android phone, so I have it everywhere I go. Like Dawn has already said though, you may have to double check their numbers. I use another calorie counter that's German with the more accurate numbers for the products I can get over here, and I use my eyes and look at packages and serving sizes before figuring my total calorie count for the day.

Once I've added those foods in *** and used their correct numbers as I've figured them out, they end up in my favourite foods list, so I only need to figure it out once and so it doesn't take up too much of my time!

Does no-one use ****** anymore? That is what I used to use so I started using it again because I know it....

I use ******...and a digital scale to weigh food.
