DD here...

Lamb, an egg, and broth... I calculated it at around 366. I'm trying to do DD closer to 20% rather then at 500 cals.

D: No idea. DH has the flu, so it depends on how he's feeling.
That Trader Joe's chicken tikka was the best frozen meal I think I've ever had, and was only 300 calories. Definitely going on my "keep stocked in the freezer" list!

Forgot I had a cup of V8 earlier this afternoon with some evoo and black pepper stirred in.

6:30 p.m.

2 homemade burritos. For everyone I made up a big skillet of seasoned beef, rice, onion, peppers. They could put on lettuce, sour cream, cheese, hot sauce, salsa, etc. rolled up in flour tortilla.

I'm trying to lower my fat for the moment to help out some issues, so I made myself 2 smallish burritos and used Amy's organic chili in mine, a little salsa, lettuce, and the tiniest bit of cheese. Very good and filling, but it still put the hurt on me. Ah well, I gotta eat. I just downed a spoon of ACV in some water as I read this might help things.

Going to watch something on Netflix to distract myself from the ache for a while.

-Tried some Easter jelly beans, but didn't enjoy them so put them away.
-Fiber One peanut butter and oat bar
-son brought me in a small bowl of OR tender white popcorn.

Man, I've been on a carby road for the last week, but it seems to be what I tolerate best right now. I'm going to get back into some lowfat proteins tomorrow if I can, along with more veggies.

Why dont you try the B.R.A.T. diet tomorrow and see if that helps before you add in veggies. I would wait since most are gassy. Just my thoughts!!

B/L: the end of the cauli-rice, chicken liver, onion/green pepper stuff. has oil in it, yummy.

L2 - some cheese and mortadella I think

D: low carb pizza-- either cauli crust or LC mix crust, cheese, pepperoni, green/red peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, CHEESE, tomato paste and/or pesto for sauce (might do 1/2 like the above, and 1/2 chicken and pesto and spinach... hmmm...)

will do the counts and post my totals later
So, after B/L, I realized that if I wanted my dinner, I should skip L2.

Then, once I made dinner, I could only eat 3/4 of the pizza which was great, but it leaves me at:

1733 calories
40g net carbs

and it's 11:17, I don't really want to eat any more tonight. So I hope it's enough to fuel my DD tomorrow
