I decided that today I wanted to have a taste of a lot of stuff I'd been "saving for the next UD".
I think sometimes we really do need to listen to what our bodies want. Keeps us on track and makes this the easiest and best woe there is! |

DD here...
Lamb, an egg, and broth... I calculated it at around 366. I'm trying to do DD closer to 20% rather then at 500 cals. |

6:30 p.m. 2 homemade burritos. For everyone I made up a big skillet of seasoned beef, rice, onion, peppers. They could put on lettuce, sour cream, cheese, hot sauce, salsa, etc. rolled up in flour tortilla. I'm trying to lower my fat for the moment to help out some issues, so I made myself 2 smallish burritos and used Amy's organic chili in mine, a little salsa, lettuce, and the tiniest bit of cheese. Very good and filling, but it still put the hurt on me. Ah well, I gotta eat. I just downed a spoon of ACV in some water as I read this might help things. ![]() Going to watch something on Netflix to distract myself from the ache for a while.

-Fiber One peanut butter and oat bar -son brought me in a small bowl of OR tender white popcorn. Man, I've been on a carby road for the last week, but it seems to be what I tolerate best right now. I'm going to get back into some lowfat proteins tomorrow if I can, along with more veggies. |

Then, once I made dinner, I could only eat 3/4 of the pizza which was great, but it leaves me at:1733 calories 40g net carbs and it's 11:17, I don't really want to eat any more tonight. So I hope it's enough to fuel my DD tomorrow ![]() S. Last edited by sorenkkg; 04-10-2012 at 08:25 PM.. |
