I am staying pretty LC. Eliminating grains entirely has reaped me so many health benefits that I can't really fathom why I would go back. But, eliminating grains and a lot of high carb stuff eventually did not promote weight loss, so JUDDDing I am and happy with it.

After my cruise it will be 5 weeks and 10 lbs.
Mostly low carb, with the occasional treat. I like to average 40-50, still pretty low by comparison. But allow for the 100 net carb day if I want. Then right back to low(er) again. Just works for me. |

Started JUDDDing on March 22 (not quite 3 weeks), have lost 15 pounds as of yesterday morning. I naturally gravitate to low-er carb choices but have eaten my fair share of carbs, too. Plenty of carbs - 'good' and some 'bad'.

20 weeks (but if honest - only 18 weeks of reasonable JUDDD) and 36lbs lost. I eat loads of carbs - maybe could be better if I ate less - but I'm loving it!

When I started on March 29th this year, I wanted to do LC JUDDD, but I think I came off that idea on my first or second UD, as I wanted to drink a beer, LOL! I don't think my weightloss has been hindered in any way because of not worrying about carbs. I lost a total of 6.7lbs in 12 days...
I have a wheat allergy and have to stay away from anything containing wheat or wheat flour. I try not to eat things with added refined sugar, chocolate is the exception.... I eat lots of veggies and proteins and fats, and occasional berry fruits. I rarely eat potato or rice. This is just because I like the way I feel when I eat this way, and I prefer LC type foods... MMMMM, meat!!!! MMMMM! Cheese!!! LOL! That pretty much keeps me below 100 carbs on a fairly carby UD... DD I keep naturally low carb as I find that low carb foods fill me up better. Normally my carb count for DD is 20 or lower.

The first time I did JUDDD, I wasn't lc and lost 14 lbs. in about 3 months (I'm such a freakin' slow loser it's ridiculous). I fell off the wagon as I still had 60+ lbs. to lose at that point.
This time I'm combing lc with JUDDD, since I began lc'ing in January. I dropped my carbs to between net 40-50 a day and still wasn't seeing any loss. You'd think coming off 300+ carbs a day would see a little change, especially since I work out 3-4 times a week. ![]() I feel much better lc'ing and am hoping once the Magic kicks in I'll begin seeing some good losses. I've been on JUDDD a month tomorrow and have only lost a little over 5 lbs. (not taking into account the blasted bouncing scale!).

15 weeks and 11 pounds; but 2 of those weeks I fell off the wagon and did not JUDDD. My losses have plateaued for the last month. Just started back LC on my up days, I think I lose control on up days eating carbs, and can't seem to stay at the right calorie level. I am really good on DD though and always keep around 500 calories. I think LC will help me break this plateau, and reign in overeating on up days.
