Thanks to all my JUDDD-BUDDDS!

And looking at everyones stats, and JUDDD start times, it looks like everyone is enjoying the ol JUDDD magic! And, not only are we losing the weight, and inches, but healing our bodies at the same time!!! So much going on with this WOE, that it's almost overwhelming! I am nearly 70, and doing JUDDD, I've noticed there are some weeks that I ALMOST feel like a teen-ager! I'm a big beliver in the bio-rythyms (even planned a surgery around them), and all of mine must be 100%!
