March Average Intake Numbers

Having tracked all but three days here are my averages for the month. The ones that fascinate me are my average calories and sugar in take. They are perfect not too high and not too low. I need to lower sodium and saturated fat, but I am not perfect...lol.

AVERAGE INTAKE for the Month of March
Calories 1,240 Kcal 87%
Carbs 114g 64% (this is too low according to their dietary guidelines, but perfect for my moderate carb way of life.)
Protein 65g 90% (I reached my Protein goal)
Fat 56g 117% ( A little too high)
SFat 20g 128% (Way too High)
Chol 278mg 93% (Normal)
Sodium 2,311mg 154% (Way too high)
Fiber 17.1g 68% (Way too low)
Sugar 26g 74% (this number is awesome for me.)
Vit A 3,997 80%
Vit C 85 113%
Calcium 497 50%
Iron 6 33%
Potassium 738 16%

All the percentages are based on the diet of 1400 kcals as established by calorie count (The site I track my food on.)

I get to eat cookies and cakes and still keep my average Kcal in the 1200 region... this diet is amazing.

I just think Juddd is fascinating. I eat cakes and cookies and McD's and I average 1200 calories a day. AND I lose weight!
