did my 6hr drive home, with FIVE STOPS to pee and fill up the car I swear, I can do this drive in 5hrs on an UD, but on DD, omg, I have to pee!B: 1 hb egg L: 1 hb egg and worked through slices of a whole kohlrabi while I drove green iced tea, regular iced tea (both sugar free), coke zero. Now I'm having Celestial Seasonings English toffee tea, black with splenda. Caffeine free ![]() D: plan is for miracle noodles with peanut butter/coconut davinci/chili paste, and some chicken or other protein. should be about 500cal today at the end |

Final for the day-- 483 cal (15.5 g net), and I wound up with no chicken, so I had an egg, some lite mayo, and some almond milk later tonite.
Oh, and it's a weigh day tomorrow... |

DD for me. Work was stressful & busy and I didn't feel like eating until I got home. I just drank water and black coffee (no sweetener).
I've had a small apple, Kashi puffed cereal with almond milk, and toast with Earth Balance spread. Not all at once, these were spaced out over 2 1/2 hours. |

I feel like such a glutton.
Sweet tea (my weakness, and really the only sugar left in my diet) Leftover scalloped potatoes from Easter (I was the only one in the family willing to eat them, lol...yes, that's my excuse for eating so much!) Spinach pizza Barbeque potato chips Not great healthy eating wise, but at 9:30 pm I really needed to ramp up my calories as I was quite low for the day. Tomorrow, a high protein DD, trying not to eat until late afternoon with broth during the day. |
