Wine - yes!

About 200 cals over today - maybe more - lunch out is always tough for me!

I plan in having nothing for breakfast but coffee
Lunch will be shrimp and miracle noodles about 200
Dinner will be some fish and veggies about 200
That leaves room for a snack if needed. Probably one of those
Ostrich beef sticks.

MD here as we have an event benefitting the Wounded Warrior fund.:notwrthy::hugs: Soooo

B = eggs of some sort
L = ? will prob be a sandwich as we will be running
D= whatever I can find at the benefit. the rest. has good food so will choose wisely
S= can you call alcohol a snack? I will prob have 1 -2 drinks over an 8 hour period... Im driving tonight...

I would make it a MD for tomorrow to be UD but then I would have 3 DDs for the work week, and I don't like that, so I will do the best I can; brunch with family that I am in charge of, then the rest of the day just the two of us.

However, I still don't know what I'll have today. UDs are really much harder for me than DDs, psychologically. I have great discipline for the DDs, but can go overboard on UDs. I know the answer is planning better, and NOT having booze!!

So-
b- coffee w/ffhnh and Splenda, toast with cream cheese and olives, just cuz I like that
l-some kind of sandwich
d- don't know yet. Probably pork chops and lots of veggies

DD today. Just enjoying a cup of soup made with 1 vegetable stock cube and about 3g of protein powder. Lovely!

L - shiratiki noodles with spaghetti sauce and a laughing cow cheese (100)
D - eggs or tilapia with spinach (150)
total - 370 I am dropping my DD back down slowly from 500 to see where it takes me.

Am on the road today driving up to Houston to spend Easter with the grands. Made terriyaki chicken wings, brought some cheese sticks and atkins shake. Am not hungry for bf and dinner is on my sil so I hope I am decent on the calories. OOO I made my daughter a strawberry cake .

Gonna go as long as I can with no food. I have a Tai Pei shrimp fried rice container for dinner later, 460 calories for the whole container! Love those things from walmart, I grabbed a bunch yesterday for the week! They are just perfect on DD for me!!

I'm having brunch with a friend and I didn't want to play with my rotation, so I'll see whether the protein carries me through the day. I really want to see 179 on the scale tomorrow, so I'll use that mental image as motivation!

DD here and not sure. Normally I would fast B&L and have a salad or smoothie for dinner. But I'm going shopping with my girls and may have a light lunch out instead.

Down day. Really want a "good" one, so I will feel better about overeating tomorrow. :)

B: milky tea - the way I make them is 25 cals per 16 oz. Just planning to have 4 or so today throughout the day (100)
D: Probably spaghetti squash w/marinara and a little parm.

It looks like everyone is having a DD today, so we can endulge tomorrow. :)

DD for me

No breakfast
Lunch will be a Josephs Pita with salmon 160 calories
Supper My new found love is the ARnold frozen grilled fish-tonight is Tilapia for only 160 calories I can have both pieces add some veggies and a salad with WF dressing to that and for about 260 calories I am stuffed!!

I could still have a snack if needed at night-Happy Easter folks do not think I will get a chance to get in tomorrow!!

snack: maybe 100 calorie pack of popcorn or maybe half a matza w a laughing cow cheese depending on how hungry I am

L- Bacon/shredded cabbage stir-fry
D- Broiled swai filet and Cajun stewed tomato/okra gumbo-like side

14 calories to spare for a snack, if needed :)

Woke up with same stomach troubles, only a little worse. :sick: Pepto Bismol not helping. So I found a bottle of famotidine that my DS1 was taking months back on dr's orders, and took one. It seems to be helping slowly. I nibbled 1/3 sleeve of Saltine crackers.

I think this will be another Fast5-ish or dd/FD when I get to feeling all the way better. That's fine because that leaves tomorrow a full FD.
