You to PixieKGirl! My hubby and daughter were sick all week with the flu. They are finally getting an appetite back.
Thanks, Katie I wanted to add that these weren't Rx pills but OTC famitidine from Walmart. Anyway, I've been reading up on it and though I hate taking stuff, this problem of mine has become too bad to do without meds, and the famitidine does seem relatively safe, and may actually heal the problem in 2 - 4 weeks, so I'll keep it up.

Hope you feel better soon too, PKG!

I think this will be another Fast5-ish or dd/FD when I get to feeling all the way better. That's fine because that leaves tomorrow a full FD.

I have had such a wonderful day. Went to see the most amazing piece of theatre this afternoon, and I mean amazing. I am so privileged to live in London.

It did include a small coffee ice cream in the interval, a Margarita afterwards. (The play was 'The Master and Margarita'.)

Then a dinner of lobster risotto, and a huge goats cheese and avocado salad with bread and olive oil to dip. And red wine.

Don't wish to be a bore, but have I ever told you, I love JUDDD.

Glad they seem to be working. Still check with your doc!!! Might just need an adjustment on your meds, then you wont need the famotidine!

I've alternated sitting in the sun with sitting on the couch. Took a 30 min. snooze w/DH. Still not at 100% but getting there. Hungry now.

-big handful baby carrots
-8 or so Saltine crackers
-small amount of Pistachio nuts left in the bottom of bag.

I'm feeling a Wendys hamburger and fries, so DH is gonna make a run for me (it's very close).

I think this just turned into a MD. I made a couple of test-Alaskas and I had to...test! Holy sugar overload.

D: Trader Joe's shrimp stir-fry with some extra veggies
Ended up a Subway for lunch. My salad totaled 150 calories. I left a little bit behind and stole 4 pieces of popcorn. I'm choosing to believe the calories are equivalent.

Went to Trader Joe's and they only had ONE shrimp stir-fry left! Grrr. Dinner will be that mixed with some swai and extra veggies so it's enough for the family.

So, today totally worked out

As above, but no snack, and I got to eat 8oz of salmon for dinner!

I came in at 501.

Taste THE best tea today-- from a chain of stores called David's Tea (not sure if it's only canada or also the US).
The flavor is called Forever Nuts-- warm and toasty and SOOOO GOOD (and caffeine free, b/c, well, some of you saw what happens when I have caffeine

Anyhoo-- I might have some decaf earl grey later, but my food for the day is done.

DD #4-- 501 calories.

Good evening!! Went to a pre-Easter dinner today, and everything was so delicious! So my MD menu for today was:
B: cinnamon-raisin bagel w/cream cheese, 2 scrambled eggs
L/D: potato salad, small bit of ham and turkey, couple of meatballs, mac and cheese, bit of dressing, I just enjoyed some of everything, but didn't really overeat - a great MD today!!
