Juddd surprises
 
I really love this woe. Although I am just a little afraid of my second weigh in tomorrow, only because I don't want to be disappointed. I have stayed obsessively within my calories on up and down days for the most part. What surprises me is that I actually feel like a bit of a glutton on my up days lol. I barely have enough time to eat all my calories before bedtime. It's such a great feeling and to think its a diet. When I think of all the mind numbing months I've spent on those 1200 calorie diets. Those hundreds of 100 calorie bags of cookies, chips, pretzels, and whatever else they stuff into those little bags. I just know I could never live that way again. Also a surprise are how accomplished I feel at the end of a down day, even if I have allowed myself an extra 100 calories. So what, a little forgiveness goes a long way and we have to be kind to ourselves, right? I might actually let my doctor check my cholesterol in a couple of months, something I've been avoiding for way too long. I have all of you to thank for all my new discoveries and all the inspiration and support. And thanks to my special mentor, you know who you are. You are doing so well being disciplined and staying on plan. Even if the scale doesn't reward you today, don't get down. One thing to take to heart on JUDDD is that the number on the scale on any given day is not the important thing, it is the overall trend (which is unanimously DOWN) that you need to keep in mind. Averaging weights for the week sometimes helps see this better than daily weights.

But I hope you get a good number!
