I Can't Count

I'm 3lbs heaver then I though I was all because I was weighing in stone and converting to lbs but today I decided to switch my scales to lbs and I'm 163lbs and I thought I was 160lbs. I am 10lbs heavier then I was last September, why do I keep messing up. Yesterday was a near perfect DD at 600 calories but I go on holidays the 12th May will I really be able to shrink my tummy enough to wear that bikini I bought. I don't feel so sure today

Awweee Majella!!! May 12 is still over a month away, you have plenty of time!!!! The 3lbs may just be a normal JUDDD bounce!!! Seriously I am a firm believer in the tape measurer. Measure yourself and go by that for 2 weeks!!! You will see inches go before lbs do!!! I have lost a total of 8 inches since March 15th but my scale is playing games with my eyes. I hit my own low of 175 then the thing spiked up to 182 on me. But I was still losing the inches so I just kicked the scale slightly and threw it back to the corner it sits lol!!!!!

Dont get down on yourself!! Your doing great so far!!!! JUDDD isnt a quick fix, but I think in the long run its a better fix. Because its something the average person can stick to for life!! Keep posting in we will get you through til May for your holiday!!!!

Don't feel low Majella, it is only a number, your shape isn't bigger.

Just keep up with you regular rotations and the weight will go. Think positive.

But you've lost the same percentage in stones as you did before you did the math, so the accomplishment is just as great.

That sounds clearer in my head than it looks. I hope you get what I mean.

Keep walking (it makes doggie happy and have a few other benefits too). Keep JUDDDing. Yes, you really do have time to make a substantive change in your tum before your holiday!

Thanks everyone , Keria I see what you mean it's still 3lbs off. I've not given up but I did eat less on my UD yesterday and rocking today's DD I think the appetite suppressant effect has kicked in. But still what a shock to see my numbers! I took my measurement about a month ago so I will try to find them and compare. One thing I noticed in the bath last night was new stretch marks on my upper arms So something is going right and my OH said I have a higher muscle content in my body then when they last did my bloods!
