You know I found a bunch of sugar free creamers at walmart. In the powder or liquid form. I have been treating myself to two cups a day for a month now of it. Its only like 15 calories and 1 carb! The rest of the day I just drink black coffee, its just easier lol!!!

UD for me today-dropped two which brings me to 6 total in less than three weeks-I am a happy camper for sure!!! Breakfast protein shake and a banana lunch-going out so probably a salad with chicken supper-going out again will aim for fish and veggies snack cottage cheese and pineapple |

Its the international delight brands. I can find the sugar free from time to time in other stores. I hate walmart too, I only go when I really really have to. And when I do I stock up on things I cant get cheaper anywhere else. Like saline and that.
