D = (going out again !) spring rolls, salmon w/ risotto and cheesecake in the loveliest restaurant in Paris !

Bfast- bowl of choc protein 'porridge' (tvp) with cherries and coconut , about 500cals
Snack- 1 mini dark choc Easter bunny 30cals
Snack - hot cross bun (yay!) and soy flat white, about 250
Lunch- lentil tagine with tofu scramble and avocado salad, about 500
dinner- big bowl of veggies or salad at work, about 150cals
Then some red wine and chocolate later :)

Havent really decided at the moment. I have a bagel calling me, but I think I might just save it and save those calories for the lunch with the kids. I will post back what all was decided later!!!

You know I found a bunch of sugar free creamers at walmart. In the powder or liquid form. I have been treating myself to two cups a day for a month now of it. Its only like 15 calories and 1 carb! The rest of the day I just drink black coffee, its just easier lol!!!

Somewhere in there I will have some kind of treat added since I am baking a couple of new recipes today.

B: 4 cups of half naked popcorn, coffee (120)
S: Dannon Lite and Fit Carb and Sugar Control yogurt (45)
L: cream of wheat (100)
S: Laughing Cow garlic and herb spread, 5 saltine crackers (105)
D: About 3 of those sugar-free chocolate frozen pops (36)
Total: 441 calories

UD for me today-dropped two which brings me to 6 total in less than three weeks-I am a happy camper for sure!!!

Breakfast protein shake and a banana
lunch-going out so probably a salad with chicken
supper-going out again will aim for fish and veggies
snack cottage cheese and pineapple

D lots of lovely homemade veggie soup.

Thanks, Kissa. :hugs: I've dealt with this before - it has something to do with acidic food/drink, but only hits me once in a while these days, thankfully. In the winter, I was landing on the couch like this once per week for a while.

Anyway, decided not to do the FD since I can't eat (have managed 310 calories all day), but to make it another IF day and start FD later this evening if/when I get to feeling better.

Well, guess I'd better change dinner to eating 2 of those pops, hubby went to the store, and they are 40 calories each! So here's dinner:

Its the international delight brands. I can find the sugar free from time to time in other stores. I hate walmart too, I only go when I really really have to. And when I do I stock up on things I cant get cheaper anywhere else. Like saline and that.

D: should be matza ball soup, chicken, brisket and waaay too many calories.

My strategy is to nibble a bit of everything but not eat full portions of anything. Hoping the scale isn't too mean tomorrow.
