I actually walked yesterday and started doing an upper body workout on my bowflex. And all on a DD. So day # 1 for exercise.

Starting a new one today. Need to make sure it is realistic and manageable, so it doesn't cause me too much stress. Scrapping the existing ones I had planned bar car eating which I will keep up!

And it's going to be to... take my supplements every day. I am awful with buying lots of them, finding that they help with things, and forgetting to take them!

There are a lot of them...vit D, b12, calcium, l-cartinine and more! And I have just ordered some l-glutamine and chromium which are supposed to help sweet cravings as mine are out of control recently.

JUDDDING and exercising my last few unwanted pounds away!
