I found my JUDD magic!!!

I dont post a lot but read every single thread here. But I had to post about whats going on this week. I have been JUDDing for 4 weeks now, playing with my UD and DD numbers. The last 3 weeks, I have been able to mainain my weight. But I want to lose another 8 pounds.

So starting last Sunday, I limited myself to 500 calories on DD and on UD ate whenever I was hungry (ate around 1300-1400 calories). I have been losing 1 pound after every DD. Its absolutely fascinating..The appetite suppression is phenomenal..I dont get hungry on DD and dont binge on UD. Its a breeze doing JUDD. All these changes happened this week after 3 weeks of JUDD.

This is what is called JUDD magic !!! Here is my weight loss progress for this week.

Sunday 4/1 127.5
Monday 4/2 127.5
Tuesday 4/3 126.5
Wednesday 4/3 126.5
Thursday 4/5 125.5

So, like many people on this board said, wait patiently and give it a good 3 weeks for JUDD magic to set in.

I will post more often in order to help the newbies out. I have experienced JUDD, felt it and believe in it 100%

Excellent job!!!

I do 500 DD and 1,700 UD, I may whittle my UD down to 1,500 as I've noticed that I'm never really hungry after I've eaten 1,500.

Thats the magic. I eat whatever i want on UD but since I am not hungry , I end up eating less.Never felt this on other WOE
