yesterday I went wayyyyy over my calories ...
but today is DD :D

B = x
L = veggies & yogurt
pre-diner "apéritif" with friend = a glass of wine
D = depending on the apéritif (read : depending on the number of glasses I actually had !)

Coffee, and I'm going to a spring tea party this afternoon. It's a very sweet affair (literally - there are cakes everywhere) and I didn't plan very well for a DD, so I'll try to drink lots of tea and limit myself to nibbling a cucumber sandwich delicately!

If I have any calories left, it'll be a small serving of chicken pot pie tonight.

S: something with chicken, may do a cordon blu or something

S: Large Skinny Flat White -Egg McMuffin
S: Large Skinny Flat White
S: Crisps & a bottle of cider
D: Lasagne & Salad
Wine: 2 large glasses
Ice-cream - maybe??

Such an unhealthy day - preparing for tomorrow's (re)first DD - not too unhappy with the thought - really looking forward to it!

Supper cabbage with salmon and veggies and shirataki noodles 240 calories

snack fat free cottage cheese and some pineapple 100 calories 470 for the day

Decided to do another dd/FD or "Fast 5-ish" day since I had probably 1900 calories between 7 and 10:30 p.m. This is typical when I'm doing this schedule, but sometimes when I feel like I overdid it (feel "blah" for example), I will repeat the schedule as needed instead of going on to a full FD. So I'm taking it easy on the food & drink until about 5 p.m. at least.

Dottie! OMG! I never knew about blue cheese stuffed olives until this past weekend! My Mom and I went to Ingle's Grocery deli for some Rotisseri Chicken Salad to have for lunch. They have a HUGE olive/antipasta bar! We got some jumbo kalamata, blue cheese stuffed, there were so many varieties! I AM IN :heart:!!

I love the blue cheese stuffed oolive....and there's another cheese one that my dad sends me sometimes. Can't recall what it is. Now I have to have olives in my salad tonight. :)

UD and I really feel bloated because I blew it in Easter candy for sale in our lobby. A bag of speckled eggs for a total of 650 cal. Hospital egg mcmuffin and enchilada casserole also from hospital. I'm figuring high on calories so Im already at 1600 or there abouts. I feeeeeeeeel sick. I have a cold and I know better than to eat that much sugar, especially when I'm sick! My limit for an UD is 2000 cal so maybe just a salad with zero cal dressing for dinner. Going to take another zinc. Oh ya, I weighed in today and I lost a pound for a total of 7#in three weeks.

:laugh: I hated the coconut milk too. The almond milk is doable and usable, but the coconut milk is just...I don't know. I like coconut too. Weird.

Down day today.

B: coffee (decaf)
L: 2 cups soup (beef broth, canned tomatoes, zucchini) - 60 cals.
D: Not sure. I have a couple of leftover roasted chicken thighs in the fridge, so maybe one of those. 1 thigh w/skin is less than 440 cals, right?

I also have a bunch of baby arugula, so maybe a big bowl of that with balsamic vinegar.

DD here and having a hard time :( The 1st since I started this WOE. All I want to do is eat and I have a headache.

I've resisted the temptation to eat EVERYTHING in site, so that's a plus!

Waiting to eat dinner until the significant other gets home. Ugh.
