Went almost 24 hours on 500 calories. If I were doing a regular JUDDD DD, I'd probably eat at least a few hundred more before bed. It's not that I'm "starving" but I can tell when the near-fasting is becoming almost too much of a stressor on my body... the DD glow is almost too intense for one thing, if you can imagine that, lol.

Anyway, just got home a little bit ago and started my FD which will continue tomorrow.

8 p.m. had:
-leftover spaghetti with ground turkey, mushrooms, onion, pepper in the sauce
-2 small slices garlic bread
-bowl of cobb salad with Italian dressing

-red wine. Having first glass now, will have 2, maybe 3 at most.
-probably gonna have some chocolate

DD #3 here. Totally as planned, mostly-- check this out

B: 1 hb egg, large
green iced tea with splenda
Driving 6hrs... stopped 3 times to pee I still can't believe it, b/c I usually only stop 1x
Black iced tea
Coke Zero
L/S: 12 grape tomatoes
1 large HB egg

D: big salad with lettuce, baby spinach, red pepper, onion, GARLIC (raw, my mother likes to do that so she did), some chopped tomato
4oz roast turkey
0 calorie/0carb salad dressing.

water, vitamins

So-- I was going to have a 160cal shake for post-dinner snack... and I"m not thinking I'll need it.

So 500 goes down to 340. WOO HOO!

Looking forward to tomorrow's UD

I've resisted the temptation to eat EVERYTHING in site, so that's a plus!

Grande SFV Americano w/ Half-n-half (?)
2tbs of Ground Beef (?)
1pc Coconut Bark (96)

Waiting to eat dinner until the significant other gets home. Ugh.

Well, I had 1/6th of Linda's White Castle Pie (definitely NOT DD material)
a pickle spear, 4-5 thin deli slices of pastrami, and 6 slice of thin deli smoked turkey with mustard. I have NO idea how many calories I ate today, but I'm done with eating for the night. Tomorrow is a new day

-had the Burgundy. And then Sauvignon Blanc, my fave white.
-1 small square dark chocolate.

Was doing real well and then had 2 or 3 oz. chips with the rest of the dip, about 1/4 cup.

Not too bad, really.
