Today is an up day and something I ate upset my tummy.:sad: I actually got to use my go to fix which is a small can of regular coke. It not only fixed my tummy but I didn't do anything to mess up my woe! Yay! :jumpjoy:I can't tell you guys how many times I've suffered through something like this without my coke "medicine" because it would derail my "diet". And it doesn't work with diet coke only the regular. Juddd just seems to have so many more ups than downs doesn't it? I'm just loving this woe more each day:heart: and I think I caught a glimpse of my waist the other day:yahoo: Sweet dreams all.:heart:

Isn't it great? I, too, have certain foods to help ease pain, mainly migraines, and none of these foods are what you'd consider LC friendly. My old standby is strawberry jelly...for some reason the sugar really helps when my migraines are bad. Now I can eat my jelly and not feel guilty! Woohoo!!

Heyjupiter for some people peppermint essential oil can really help ease a painful migraine. A couple of drops mixed in with a tiny bit of olive oil, put it on your temples. It doesn't help mine but it almost instantly soothes my DH migraines every time. It's complicated why it works for one person and not another, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. Only buy real essential oil of peppermint. Good luck.

Hmmm. Will the anti-inflammatory, healing effects of JUDDD eventually reduce or eliminate migraines for some? That would be beyond nice! Keep us posted if you see a pattern!

It's posts like these that have me :confused: what else JUDDD can do for us and how we can do the wonderful things with food that can help us and were not "allowed" on other WOE!
