2 pills per day! I take them in the morning with my other vitamins so I dont forget! I only took 1 today sinces its an UD and I am having troubles with getting in all my calories. Tomorrow I will do 2 pills again..alternating like that for a week to see...I will let you all know if that ends up helping or hurting me with food and weight!

Lovely picture of a lovely woman. I think I may try some resveratrol. My dd's lately have been super hungry. Likely won't take them on UD's since I have trouble eating enough as it is on those days.

All right ladies! It's FRIDAY!!!!! Can I say that one more time louder? IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! Oy! It's been a long week! Can I get a HE11 YEAH?????

I'm struggling a little with the plan. I had an MD Monday and a lightish UD Tuesday that DID include some carbs--specifically sushi. Wednesday was a fasting DD but I have to say I was super disappointed with the results of the DD fast day (DDFD? ). Yesterday I was actually UP a little from my UD (0.4) so no two-day effect for me. Hoping for a better result tomorrow after DDFD #2, today. I sure would love to at least be back to where I was last Saturday (146.9) but considering that I was at 150.4 this morning, I'm kinda doubting it. At this point I'm going in the wrong direction. Pants are feeling tight, I honestly can't stick to a strict UD/DD rotation, the second I drink an ounce of alcohol (no sugary mixers--wine or clear), I gain in spades, I am finding I need to fast on DDs otherwise as soon as I start to eat I don't stop, I don't eat junk (unless it's truly an occasion for it), etc. I understand the science but at this point I'm not even maintaining.

This is what the week looked like
Sun - DD ~700
Mon - MD ~1300 (low carb)
Tue - UD ~2500 (sushi, sake)
Wed - DD 0 (fasted)
Thu - UD ~2200 (low carb)
Fri - DD 0 (fasted so far)

And to be perfectly honest, I'm struggling with the concept of "setting" my metabolism at an average calorie count of around 1500 daily. If I look at calorie averages this week, I am definitely UNDER 1200 calories per day and I can't think this is great for me. I may or may not do another HCG round to see if I can "re-set" better than I did after this last round. While I am still down 4-5 pounds net from where I was maintaining, something definitely did not stick well. I mention the HCG rounds because I know we have some HCG vets and wonder if they have any input.

Anyway, I think I just needed to write that all down. Input and thoughts are very welcome. JUDDD, HCG or otherwise.

Two pounds gone after an UD now at 117 - I am going to keep my DD rotation today since I will be traveling pretty much all day, after that just enjoy my vacation. The first chance I will get to eat is probably at 4:30 PM. If I am hungry I will grab a snack at the first airport at 1 pm - I woke up early so I can sleep on the plane

There is a fitness center and if I can locate it tomorrow I will check my weight.

Have a great Saturday!

I increased my calories a week ago (just by about 100 calories per day, UD and DD) and have lost 3.6 pounds since then. Eating more = losing more. The previous week I lost 1 pound.

After 4 months on JUDDD, I'm still learning my body and what works and what doesn't. The other change I made is that I'm eating 3 meals every day instead of skipping breakfast. It seems to be working well for me, though it may just be the whole mix-up of eating more and more often that got things moving again. Whatever the case, I'm ecstatic with my losses this week.

That is awesome Dawn! I notice I gain on DD and was considering tweaking them a bit - not only do a gain but I have a headache in the evenings.
I am glad more calories are working for you!!

Its Saturday !!! Raining but still a weekend!! Daughter has prom today also.

I had an ok DD yesterday went over on calories due to having some wine with DH last night but too bad. But I am still taking today as UD and moving on. I should exercise but won't have time before I leave for prom preparations. Ankle is better, and I think it was a bite of some kind. My mother suffers from gout really bad so was hoping not that.

My hands and body feel bloated today as they have been for the last few days. Ready for the Whooosh...

Better go get things going for the day will be .

Have a wonderful day everyone!!!!!

Dawn and Cindy - you guys are doing so great! Glad that the extra calories are working for you Dawn.

Tanya - your avi is gorgeous!!!!!

I hit a new decade today!! 230s!!!! Thrilled is putting it mildly. I'm so glad I held on and didn't quit. That's my usual MO. This ain't working - on to the next thing. This board is so instrumental in my journey and I just can't say enough how uplifted I get each and every day.

Have an UD today and hubby is home for the weekend so this should be a great day. Do y'all ever hit a new low and then on your UD are afraid to eat too much because you don't want it to go away? I don't plan on cutting one single calorie today - I will eat them ALL with gusto but that stupid voice in the back of my head won't shut up! I need to duct tape her mouth shut! LOL!

Congrats on the new decade! I think we've all BTDT with quitting something that isn't keeping us motivated. Congrats for hanging in there and seeing it through!

Oh the wedding was magically!!! Had so much fun! So much in fact my feet are killing me today!!! From all the dancing/bouncing/running.....you know!!

I danced for hours and I was drenched in sweat but it was great!!!

I had for dinner a starter of artichokes, bree cheese, a few homemade bread slices with home made olive oil.

I had a rum and coke with dinner. I chose the spring garden greens mix salad as first course. It had a oil and vinager dressing. The next course was sorbet, but I skipped that as I dont like that, sherbert or ice creams of any kind. My third course was a steak fillet, cooked perfectly rare like I like it, with whipped truffle potatoes, and roasted cauliflower. The steak had a parsely, garlic butter that was wonderful. I put half on my potatoes! The fourth course I chose carrot cake with a carmel and fruit glaze! My calories ended up not bad at all and the food was just............killer amazing!!

All the dancing worked off just about anything I ate!!! Seriously boogied all night long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ended up leaving at 11pm, when the party was over!

We did a few of the celebrations. She didnt do the typical stuff. There wasnt a bridal dance and she didnt throw the bouquet. But her hubby danced with his mom and she danced with my dad. She had it even more special by having half the dance with him then called my other sister, my mom, my daughter and my 2 neices and me of course up. We finished the dance with my dad all huddled together dancing to "my girl". We all were crying, even my dad. My sister wanted this because my dad had that 3rd heart attack 2 weeks ago or so and it was a "almost wasnt" dance, so she wanted him to dance with all his girls!!!! It was really special and I love that she allowed her special dance to involve all us that way!!!

I will have to get to uploading pictures to show you a few when I get a chance!! I got some really nice ones taken! All in all I had a great time and didnt worry about my calories and even had a few people tell me how nice I looked and asked how much I have lost!! <----that made my day!!!! However in the some of the wedding pictures I look like a balloon about to pop!!! Eeeek!!!

Ok when I get the chance I will post a few pics for you all, right now I really need to get some housework done!!!!

I am glad it was water weight!! It sounds like even though you are not exactly hitting your JUDDD numbers it is still staring to work for you. I don't have any knowledge of what it is like coming from HCG to JUDDD but I would imagine it is a big metabolic shift! Sorry that I don't have any advice other than hang in there.

After DDFD #2...I was at 146.3 this morning... Holy water retention, batman!

Still would love some thoughts...
Ah, water retention! Every time I have dinner out I can gain anywhere from 2-4 lbs in water weight. Last night was one of those nights. It comes off quite fast w/a couple of DDs thankfully!

224 this morning, after a lot of bouncing I saw a new low, that's 20 pounds since 2/28

I just started on the Resveratral as well. 500 mg a day, some I found on Amazon.
