I am scared to start weighting - I figure I will give it a couple weeks before I weigh.... I have def. have a phobia of the scale..... thus the reason I keep gaining my weight back.

Glad to hear the sun is shining your way, Cindy! It is shining here too!

Only gained 6/10th of a pound after UD so very happy. DD today and going to stay busy - work is caught up, but I could still log in to work that usually means I can keep going and have OT! On the fence - money is good, but boy I could use the day off from this lol and I was up early to make four bracelets so I could get them sent off before I leave Sat.

Tomorrow once TOM is behind me, I will try on some pants and shorts and see what I will take with me, I am pretty confident everything will fit

Yesterday was my first true DD of the week and I made it through as a fast day. Somehow, it's easier when I don't eat at all than when I try to have one or two meals. Anyone else has the start eating and can't stop problem?

Hello all!!

Yesterday had a good DD - stayed within my range and exercised. Today I woke up with the side of my ankle so sore I can hardly touch it, don't remember it hurting before bed, but sure does now. Today is off day for the Couch 25k so tonight I think I will some toning tapes... i have a whole shelf of exercise tapes But with yesterdays DD and weighing daily I am down 1.6 more from yesterday. I was noticing on my weight tracker on my phone it does graph and also table and each loss ends in a .6 and each gain ends in a .8 I am not to where I was before the big gain, but it is slowly getting there. Isn't it shocking how slow it seems to lose but so easy to gain. I just need to get more losses in than gains thats for sure. I know this WOE works when I work it.

Today is UD and so far haven't eaten, that is the joy of DD day before. I don't feel the NEED to eat. But I will its UD - going to put roast in for supper and have potatoes, veggies and salad. Not sure whats for lunch yet. Breakfast will probably be toast.

Better get to work. - have a great day all!!!

I have noticed that on UDs but find that things are getting much easier now. I have been doing the rotations without a break for 3 weeks now and I think that there is appetite suppression for me that took a few weeks to kick in. I am still going over a bit on UD and DD but am feeling much more in control now and still losing weight.

Sun is out here too. YAY! It is a gorgeous spring day and the birds are singing. We have a Purple Martin house in the back yard, and I just love to see them swoop and dive (and eat up all those pesky mosquitos), and listen to them sing.

UD today. I'm trying out a new grain free vegan brownie recipe. The batter is delicious, so have high hopes for the finished product.

Back to 125 again today, finally. Not sure that 2 UD's on the weekends is going to work out so well, if it takes me till Thursday to get back where I started from. Since I want 125 to be the top of my bounce range and not the bottom, I need to get below before I start messing with the rotation like that I think. So far, I don't seem to be one of those who just effortlessly loses while in maintenance.

I am happier not eating until later as I am not naturally a breakfast eater. But a lot of folks here have just that problem.

Thanks Cindy's about the ankle, I am wondering if it is a bite (like a spider bite). Don't want to even think of a spider crawling on me as I sleep. But does happen in this area.

I am feeling LARGO today, but going to do toning exercises after work. I think its from salt as rings are tight. WATER!!! tomorrow hoping for a DDPP

With this WOE there is no "dreaded" days, I have found I love both the UD and DD both have their great qualities. What can't you love about JUDDD.

Carla I hear you on the salt - I had a nice drop this morning after my DD yesterday and ate Mexican food today that was totally salt laden. I can only guess what tomorrow will bring! Oh well, water, water, water!

I need to figure out how to keep up with all the posts in here!

Congrats to the losers! Hope everyone is enjoying their Down Day Pee Pee Party! Or their Up Day Yum Yum Party!

I'm so full!!!! Supper was yummy--roast, veggies, sweet potato. And I would have been fine with just that. But didn't have enough calories (like 400 under). So I ate a biscuit (to sop up the gravy), and then a grain-free vegan brownie. I HAD to eat it. ROFLOL. It was yummy, but dang I'm full. Yeah, I'm on a diet. guffaw.

I found an unopened bottle in my supplement cabinet and it has a much smaller dosage than most advertised. It is by Nutraceutical and says it has 37.5 MG of trans-resveratrol. Since I had it I thought I would take it but I am only taking it on DD's at the present.

Hello! I really wish I could check in more but work is too busy to post during the day. Today was my 3rd DD and I am still going strong. Sure there were some tough hours but looking forward to tomorrow makes it worth it. I just try to keep myself busy. Like tonight I took all of my grading to Starbucks and got an iced coffee.

Something I didn't expect- I am actually eating relatively healthy on my up days. I thought for sure I would go crazy but I haven't. Guess when I can have whatever I lose the guilt around "bad" foods.

I havent updated on my resveratrol for a while, you reminded me. Same thing with me, no hunger. And when I do have a hunger pain I drink water and it goes away, so its tech not a hunger pain but my body is thirsty. I havent lost anymore weight. I keep going from 173 to 177 to 173 every other day right now. But looking at my weigh chart. I will bounce below 173 soon. I think its due to I cant get all my calories in on UD's. Just not hungry and I have tried but the one day the best I could do was 1100 calories when I needed 1800. I tried to eat more but started gagging because I was so full that I just couldnt do it. Yesterday was an UD and same thing, think I got in 1300 and just couldnt get anymore in without the gagging again. I think if I can get my 1800 in I will def. bounce below 173!!!!

I am truely loving that the resveratrol is helping me alot!!! I think I may have to do 2 pills on DD's and cut the dosage to 1 on UD's and see if it helps!

I think my body is playing catch up too. I measured today just to check, and I am same measurements as Saturdays numbers. So I dont expect a great loss if any on Saturday when I offically record it in my journal. Tomorrow should be 173 on the scale again. Heres to atleast a 172 lol!!!

AND I have dropped a pound lower on my bounce following each of the fasting DD's with resveratrol so I am going to keep trying it at least until the 120 capsules are gone.

I am leaving today to go to a 2 day goat show so I will not have a scale. If my pattern continues, I will reach my April goal this weekend and I will miss it. Will give me reason to be extra careful with UD calories. Will be taking my own food since I am not sure if the concession stand will have anything I want to eat. (Or should eat) See everyone Monday.

That is great Adi, I am glad it is working for you! Enjoy the show!

After a DD I was 119 which is odd because I am smaller, I tried on a bunch of smaller shorts and pants for vacation and they all fit easily.
Will finish packing, getting my legs waxed - bringing our dog to where she will be staying and maybe have a moment to relax lol

Cindy - yippee on the clothes fitting and getting ready for vacation.

Adi - good luck with the goats at the show.

Not much to report other than DD today and actually looking forward to it. I am up .6 from UD yesterday but I "feel" less bloated, but rings and hands are still swollen so lots of water for me today!

DD has prom this weekend so will be busy weekend. Her bf lives about an hour away and luckily my sister lives near so we are going to my sisters tomorrow and coming back Sunday. Will be busy but hopefully fun and safe weekend.

Yes, I do my own showing. Getting ready for the show is what I dread. Everyone of those goats have to be bathed and clipped and some of mine HATE to get clipped. Especially their heads. BUT I have manged to get it all done and I am taking a break from loading the trailer with all of their "things". Worse than packing triplet human babies for a trip.
