My calories were barely over 1000 for the day, so I made a salad dressing I'm dubbing my "fatty avocado dressing" with 1/2 a small avocado, 1T mayo, 2T light sour cream, 2 anchovys, 1 clove garlic, 1tso evoo and vinegar all pureed together, then tossed it with some chopped romaine.
It's a keeper

DD #2 for me

B: skipped
L: lunch out-- found a restaurant chain that has a 190 cal roasted mushroom salad, woo hoo!
D: 4c romaine, 1 can tuna, 1T 1/2fat mayo, 2 green onions

planned snack: 1 c of unsweet almond milk (either choc or vanilla, diff is 5 cal).

coming in at 494 or 501, depending on the flavor of milk I choose before bed

gotta say, this DD thing REALLY isn't as bad as I thought
