Quick list for your fridge

I like fridge hangings. I always print lists for those "I feel like I am caving" moments or sample menu's for when I am in a hurry, or whatever reason. I thought I would share a quick list of lower calorie items you can print and hang on your fridge as an idea page. :) These are a great guide for DD's, atleast for me anyways!!!

I love this idea and thank you for posting. I do, however, feel compelled to mention that several of your zero calorie items do have calories. Coffee, tea, worcestershire sauce, most seasonings, garlic . . . all have calories. Admittedly, I'm OCD and count things that the average person wouldn't, but I use a LOT of hot sauce, and most of them are 5 calories or more per tsp (and I use several tsps!). Garlic adds up really quickly too.

It's still a great list!

do I have to count the calories in gum? If you don't swallow the actual gum?

they have these new "dessert" flavor ones that are really good. I especially like: key lime, apple pie, mint chocolate

they seem to last longer than the other (strawberry shortcake and orange dreamsicle).

chew well and prosper ;)

Great idea! Thank you for posting the list. I would add:

*1 Werther's SF Candy (8 calories)

Great idea and I'm posting the list along with my grocery list to remind myself of other things I always tend to forget I want to buy and try!

:high5:

Brilliant list. Pat has a similar one somewhere.

Someone cleverer than me needs to add these to the Sticky about JUDDD.
