Low Fat Yogurt Hollandaise Sauce
Never tried this because I don't eat Hollandaise sauce- I don't know what a serving is, but it's 300 cals per 20 Tablespoons, so approx 15 cals/Tbsp. |

I ran out of time, brain wouldn't work but I made a doable sauce anyhow
melted a laughing cow, stirred til smooth with some cayenne, a dab of mustard powder and water, and then about the same amount of lemon juice as the laughing cow. whisked the tar out of it, probably wasn't warm enough because it was still not smooth or it curdled from the lemon, but poured over half an organic spelt english muffin toasted, with some canadian bacon crisped on the griddle, egg poached in watered wine. super delish and hubby was happy with it for dd dinner. then we were off on errands.
