I can really see me sticking to JUDDD, it's easier than Weight Watchers (for me), not as restrictive as Atkins, and UP days can be easily converted into low carb if I so desire. Yesterdays Down day was a little tricky but managable. Today I made the mistake of eating ice cream and my body is hating me for it right now....

...cramps!!

I don't know how long you were in your months of *Atkins Stall*, but congratulations on breaking through it and losing 5.2 POUNDS the very first week you were on JUDDD! That's fantastic.

Yay, JUDDD! Helping yet another to break a stall, experience weight loss, and get headed down to their goal weight once again. Woo Hoo!

I should personally thank YOU for getting me in gear and checking out JUDDD, I kept seeing in in your stats and wondering what the heck it was....I'm so glad I did! I'm sure there will be a possible stall on JUDDD too but I think this plan will be way easier to hang onto through a possible stall. Thank You very much for helping me find a plan I can live with peacefully!
