The importance of Bearnice
Woke up, today is a DD.
Went to the Bathroom... only could do a Primary Objective... aka Number 1. Weighed myself. 182.... sigh... I was at 181.6 yesterday. Tis okay must be water weight. Got Ready. Rumble Rumble Rumble... hmmmm could I acheive the impossible.... YAY for Bearnice. Took of all my clothes again.... 181.4!!!!!!!!! ![]() Moral of the story... Bearnice can be a pain in the butt.... but sure is real nice when the scale moves down. Side Moral of the story... JUDDD Magic is working guys... because I lost weight on an UD! Tomorrow I may see 180's again. ![]()

It is so bizarre that we can all regularly lose after UD and bounce up on DD
congratulations on the bm loss? I don't think there is a hallmark card for that one |

I never go back and weigh again, at least not to count. I figure I will see the loss the next day if it is real anyway Scale sure can make us obsessive! |

I notice my visit isn't quite as regular as it was prior to JUDDD??? Does anyone else have irregularity now? I used to have the daily morning visit. I guess with very low DD, your visits aren't going to be every day? |
