I thought I'd calmed down yesterday, but this morning starting work is just as much of an annoyance! Why can't some people behave like adults and act professional in the workplace? Really, I am astounded that a 50 something year old man can be acting like such a little girl over minor requests...
![]() Not to mention the creepy semi-flirting/ bringing up baby type stuff that sometimes goes on between him and his assistant who could be his daughter... My office is next to theirs and all day long I have to listen to the nonsensical conversations between them, her personal phonecalls, her complaining and their completely annoying way of trying to work things out between them regarding projects that they have no business not sharing with the whole team... In the end, it's always extra work, because what is discussed is often not correct, so the work has to be done again by others. ![]() Nevermind. I think I'm a bit more sensitive due to TOM that appeared yesterday evening! ![]() This also explained why I was still hungry after my DD dinner last night... Couldn't warm up and my stomach was screaming for more! Had some green tea and water instead and went to sleep. Woke up this morning to stomach ache and cramps and I'm still bloody hungry! ![]() Had some nice full fat quark with some fresh raspberries, protein powder and walnuts, so it should fill me up, but it doesn't... My breakfast was under 400 cals but I need to keep my cals sensible until dinner time because I'm ordering takeout macaroni cheese this evening. I have a craving! Wheat allergy be damned!!!!! My hormones are driving me insane today! ![]() I do think I shouldn't wallow, but today I just am going to indulge myself and go with whatever feelings I have. I haven't done that in forever, and maybe it will shock my colleagues into realising I'm not always nice, friendly and helpful! ![]() On a super positive note, I lost another 0.5lb as of this morning, even with TOM! And some more centimeters, so all is good on the JUDDDing front! ![]()

Mimosa, congratulations on the weight and centimeters loss! And sympathies on the workplace situation (been there, like retirement better)

Ok, yesterday is a day best forgotten, LOL!
I ended up having 4 beers and macaroni cheese.... Waaaaayyyy over on cals, I got to just over 2700 instead of my 2303 I should aim for... this is NOT good!!!! Back on track today. DD today and I have nothing planned until dinner, and then I'll have a two egg omelette with some tuna, parmesan and tomatoes so that should be well under my max cals for today. I'm going to have a lovely long weekend, as we have Monday and Tuesday off from work due to the May day holiday. Hoping for some nice weather so BF and I can go for some nice long hikes with the dog. We've planned to BBQ at least once on one of my UD's, so am looking forward to that! Hopefully the weather will cooperate a bit! It's been so cold and horrible in the last few weeks! Am looking forward to turning off the heating at home... Well, at least on my UDs! LOL! So, if I don't check in before Wednesday next week, it's because I'm busy enjoying my free time and enjoying the nice weather... |

It's a little hard to find here, but can be found at some specialty stores, usually the ones that carry a good selection of imported gourmet cheeses.

Another update from me...
The long weekend was lovely, spent time reorganising my balcony and scrubbing floors! Planted lots of nice new flowering plants and we went hiking a lot. I am now wearing jeans which were quite tight after my second week of JUDDD and they are loose. Also, some shirts and tunics that I really couldn't wear anymore now fit nicely again! I haven't lost weight this week, but that could be due to TOM. I certainly notice inches flying off, so I'm not putting too much importance on scale losses. My total losses for this first month on JUDDD are 9.9lbs, so no reason to complain at all! I had one FD on Saturday which wasn't too extravagant, but I didn't really watch my UD calories and was over a bit. Still feeling like JUDDD is the way forward, certainly I'm reaping the rewards! Very motivating! |

Glad it is still agreeing with you. I can't see myself ever leaving JUDDD.
I know I can ease up when I take holidays and quickly get back to my goal, or below, as that is where I seem to stay these days, as a rule. |
