How many here have done hcg?

I'm on my last round. I did two interruption days this round, am now in the low 150's and am still almost there. I have a lot of my menus already logged in ********* and am not going to introduce too many foods at once. Phase 3 was so frustrating for me, but I am still following the principles of no sugar/starch for three weeks. My induction menus will be 500 for UDs and 2000 for DDs. I decided to weigh every other day in the beginning and work my way down to once a week.

How many of you are here after doing hcg? I know I can end the round now and lose on JUDD, but I'm too stubborn and want to see 140 before I do.

BTW, I love this board. You are all an amazing group of folks!

There are several here who have come from doing hcg previously, or have done it some time in their past.

I have never done the hcg myself. Diets where I hold the calories down very, very low.. day after day after day, seem to really do a job on my metabolism. I start off losing weight great, and then as my metabolism is slowed down, the weight loss also slows, of course, and then finally I've pretty much trashed my metabolism, and it never quite gets back up to where it was. I didn't want to have to eat real low carb forever in order not to regain lost weight, so those kinds of plans don't work out very well for me.

I'm real excited to have you join us here, and so real anxious for you to get to that weight you are looking forward to, so you'll get yourself over here and be with us! Hurry up!

Also, it sounds like you will have all your menus for DDs perfected, so you can pass on some of your favorites to us. Right?

I'm a long-time low carber and veteran hCGer. Both diets served me well, but I was never able to really maintain as low as I'd like and it was frustrating. I jumped right in JUDDD after my last short round, just before Thanksgiving, and lost another 11 pounds in the next couple of months. Maintenance has been a breeze, and I couldn't be happier.

I did hcg. My first round went amazingly. 23 pounds in 26 days, 176 to 153, plus one extra from the no hcg days. But id never been able to get through another round without quitting. So now, it's just trying to find something that can get and keep me in control.

I did HCG and then my own HCG-style plan. I started JUDDD yesterday. Excited!

I have done more rounds of HCG than I care to admit to. I lost great on the first two and then I simply could not maintain the weight off. Talk about bouncing scales! On P3, the ball would actually bounce up the stairs and not roll back down. When I saw that people had to go on round after round to maintain, I thought it might harm me. And it did. Now I am hoping that JUDDD will heal that metabolism that I broke and that I can stay on it for life.

I did HCG and it was not a fun diet for me. I lost weight...yes, but I was S.T.A.R.V.I.N.G. and pissed most of the time. I hated chicken by day 2...seriously...I couldn't stand the thought of it. I was miserable. YET, I still tried to do it 3 more times and failed miserably because I was too hungry and I kept cheating. I'd get away with cheating and still lose weight, so then I'd cheat more. It became a game - how much could I cheat and still lose?

Anyway, I'm happy I'm here in JUDDD land.

I did two rounds and lost about 60 pounds. I couldn't seem to maintain even though I never overate or ate any starches or sugar. Then I found JUDD. I lost 7 more pounds on JUDD and hopefully I will be able to maintain.

Thanks everyone! I've heard this from a lot of former HCGers. This is my fourth round (round 3 was going to be my last one, but I didn't end it correctly and let interruption days get out of hand).

I've done two interruption days this round, which were planned, but not necessary. Fortunately, I've had minimal hunger and am grateful for that. I'll be here with you all soon.
