No real plan yet. May have an egg mug or OMM for brunch before going to the outdoor range. We're taking Keira for the first time. Dinner will be either swai and veggies or a small Wendy's chili with habanero sauce. I'm such a creature of habit. |

b-my Yorkshireman father's bacon, bread & tomatoes, which I love and haven't had in ages!! Kissa or anyone from UK, have you heard of this? I know a "proper English breakfast" often has fried bread and broiled tomatoes, but this is bacon cooked, then crumbled or sliced, fresh garden tomatoes sauteed in a bit of leftover grease with lots of pepper, bread chunked and added to tomatoes to get soaked with tomato juices, then bacon added back and all mixed together and eaten with ice cold milk. Our whole family loves it and eats it whenever we can. My father died when I was only ten, and this is a fond Sunday morning memory.. l-something light to counteract bfast... ![]() d-pork chops marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano, topped with panko and sauteed in olive oil YUM!!!!! I haven't calculated the cals yet, but I am sure I will be right up there, as usual. ![]()

If you think of your gas grill with the flame on "High" being a ravenous appetite, then mine has been a steady, low burn on the "Low" setting. Sometimes I've just been eating because I am supposed to get those calories up, but not a whole lot has appealed in a big way, if you kwim. If it wasn't for the evening wine and ensuing munchies, lol, I wouldn't have eaten very much at all. Though I don't recommend the wine and munchie effect - it has a way of getting out of control and leaving one feeling blahhh. ![]() Anyway, I'll probably have something soon.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |
