Happy to help and Congrats on today's loss. Keep in mind that when we don't drink enough, the body holds onto the water it has. Drink more, retain less water. Drink Drink Drink!

What numbers are you using for your UD/DD calories? I'm at 184.8 as of this morning and will be coming off of P2. I am thinking about jumping back into JUDDD. I'm not interested in doing P3 because I would like to lose about 10 more pounds before summer. Also, what have your menus been this week? You have dropped like a stone this week! Just wondering if you are doing low-carb JUDDD or eating as you please. Thanks!!!!

Gracie, I am just popping in as I have an art show this evening so very little time to post. I can tell you my numbers, I've been averaging close to 400 on DDs and between 1800 and 2100 on up days.

My down day menus are simple. Cabbage, laughing cow and chicken, a 100 calorie bag of microwave popcorn, and either a slice of bread or 1/2 c egg beaters and some salsa. Almost every down day, I eat the same thing.

Up days are all over the place. I tend to eat sorta cruddy on up days, pizza, submarine sandwiches, chocolate chip cookies, bagels. Pretty carby, but I was pretty carby leading up to JUDDD and one thing I like about JUDDD is I can eat what I like and not what someone else's idea of what I should eat.

Also, take note: I have dropped like a stone this week, that is true, but this is following up ten days/two weeks where I played around the same number day after day. This is my pattern--the first week or two of the month I lose like crazy, then play around with the same weight for two weeks. So if you're looking at just my April numbers, you're only seeing one part of the picture--the good part. It also comes with the not-so-fun part, where I am on plan and seeing no movement on the scale. Keep that in mind.

If you want more detailed up day menus, I can do that for you, but it'll have to be later this weekend or maybe Monday. I lead a complicated life these days...
