Jumping in! 10 days on a modified JUDDD (calories should be 500/2050 and I'm doing 800/1800-1900 after two previously failed attempts) and loving life . . .4 lbs down since last Monday.

Goal for April is as far into onederland as I can get and gradually reduce DD calories if possible.

04/01 UD 1970 206.6
04/02 DD 840 207.6
04/03 UD 2051 206
04/04 DD 790 206
04/05 UD 205 (new low! What's that I see? I believe it's onederland!! )

I have had this happen to me at least monthly (and I am old so it is not hormonal). I am like a human sponge so when I bounce up 4 to 6 pounds I know it is water so I go with lots of water with lemon and it helps. Be patient. It just happens.

I'm planning half meals and lots of gluc jello on my DDs for my upcoming trip...and crossing fingers! I'm taking my amaretto SF syrup. lol

I was like that until I added calories to my down days. I'm at 500-600. If this keeps up, try adding some calories and see what shakes out. You have to tweak this plant to suit your body. When you hit the sweet spot stay there until it doesn't work and teak again.
