No worries. In the beginning that scale was all over the map for me. Just ride it out. Check out the post "The scale...she bounces"

Goal for April: Hit a new "bounce" range of between 190 low to 193.8 high. (My current low weight is 193.8)

April 4 (after DD) = 194.8

Your post helped me a lot today, Luna! I hit a new low on Sunday and am up 2 pounds, go down a pound, up a pound and it's only been 3 days and I'm getting nervous. You helped me realize I just need to keep on trucking!

I'm glad. Yes, I think knowing that pattern helps a lot. I recommend charting your weight on a graph--that's how I started to notice this trend. I can't see it just by looking at the numbers, but when the same shaped hump keeps showing up in the graph, I notice that.

And somebody, remind me of this when I start whining. Feel free to toss my own words back at me.

Goals for April - exercise 3x a week, stick to 400/1900-2000, hoping that brings me a 10 pound loss!

4.1 DD 215 426 cals
4.2 UD 215 2348 cals (oops!)
4.3 DD 216 343 cals
4.4 UD 214 1900 cals planned

YEAH!!! finally saw a drop after 10 days on plan. It's one pound but I'll take it gladly and hope for some of its cousins to join it soon. On track today and just had pizza for lunch with 1100 calories still to spare for dinner later woot!

Congrats to everyone for staying the course.
