Goal for April: Hit a new "bounce" range of between 190 low to 193.8 high. That means my new low from yesterday would become my new high.

April 1 (after big salty UD! Boing!!!) = 196.2
April 2 (after DD that turned into MD) = 194.2
April 3 (after UD Mexican food ) = 196.8

Been craving salty, salty foods lately on UDs. I need to cut that out!!! I know I'm hanging on to water weight. Today will be water, water, water, tea, more water and a DD as low as I can stand it!!!

Thanks! I’m 5’7” and need to point out that it’s a US size 4! In Irish/UK sizes I have a few stretchy size 8’s that I can squeeze into but am a comfortable size 10.

Really I’m amazed that I’m getting back to goal weight so fast. I was at the low end of my goal range, but went away for two weeks and came back up 24 pounds somehow! A week of normal low carb / low calorie dieting and exercise later I’d only lost over a pound. A couple of weeks on JUDDD and I’m nearly back in my range!
