Goal for April: Gonna have to be generic "weigh less @ end of month than @ beginning".

April 1 (after UD) = 196.2
April 2 (after MD) = 194.2
April 3 (after UD) = 196.8
April 4 (after DD) = 194.8
April 5 (after UD) = 196.8
April 6 (after MD) = 195.4
April 7 (after UD) = 195.2 -bit of loss after UD is a good thing!
April 8 (after DD) = 194.0
April 9 (After UD) = 196.8 Enjoyed Easter food!
April 10(After DD) = 195.8 Still retaining water (probably the ham & carbs)
April 11(After UD) = 197.2 Think it's time to pull back on carbs and salt,
April 12(After DD) = 194.4 Much betta! Whew!
April 13 (after UD) = 198.4 **Wow. Let the muscle gaining begin!!** This is exactly why I've been putting off exercise! When I work out hard, I gain on the scale. It's muscle and water and will eventually go down. I need to keep working out.

April 26 = 194.0 After 500 calorie DD. Back to the gym today! Losing fat; gaining muscle. Yeah!!!
April 27 = 195.0 After UD. Feel like I'm spinning my wheels on the scale this month. Oh well. Still losing inches.

i SWEAR ...i know this goes against all lock in the world, but i lose
every time i have mcds lol
i eat it at least twice a week. (i stick to the nugget meal)
i always laugh and tell myself thats because there isnt any real digestible food in it haha

I think this is my first time posting in one of the daily tracker threads.

Most of April I did my other IF methods, though I did change things up and started doing some regular JUDDD DDs by the end of the month.

Also through most of April I have been sick with GI troubles (suspect gallbladder and maybe gastritis, but no Dx yet).

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Goals for April - exercise 3x a week, stick to 400/1900-2000, hoping that brings me a 10 pound loss!

4.1 DD 215 426 cals
4.2 UD 215 2348 cals
4.3 DD 216 343 cals
4.4 UD 214 1944 cals (30 mins weight training)
4.5 DD 213 448 cals
4.6 UD 212.5. 2500 cals
4.7 DD 212 380 cals
4.8 UP 211 ~2300 cals - can't tell exactly - big holiday meal out but also did 3 miles on the treadmill
4.9 DD 212 480 cals
4.10 UD ??? ~3000 cals? total guess but 3 meals out with desert and wine (no not for breakfast!)
4.11 DD 213 400 cals
4.12 UD 210 -2450 cals - still having trouble controlling UDs
4.13 DD 211 - 250 cals
4.14 UD 210 - 2500 cals (MD planned but it got out of control)
4.15 UD 212 - ~ 3000 cals (FD - won't be doing that again!)
4.16 DD 214 - 330 cals - 3 miles on the treadmill
