April 10(After DD) = 195.8 Still retaining water (probably the ham & carbs) April 11(After UD) = 197.2 Think it's time to pull back on carbs and salt, April 12(After DD) = 194.4 Much betta! Whew! April 13 (after UD) = 198.4 **Wow. Let the muscle gaining begin!!** This is exactly why I've been putting off exercise! When I work out hard, I gain on the scale. 4/13: 325.5 4/14: 323 (after DD) 4/15: 4/16: 321.4 (after DD) 4/17: 320.2 (new low!) (after UD) 4/18: 316.2 (I haven't seen this number in years!) (after DD) 4/19: 316.6 (only gained .4 yesterday!) (after UD) ![]() 4/20: 316.6 (after DD) 4/21: 316.2 (after UD) 4/22: 316.2 (after DD) 4/23: 318.6 (after UD) not sure what happened here - maybe retaining water?? I did yard work for 3 hours in the morning and it was quite hot out which made me drink lots of water yesterday (about 2 times the amount I usually drink). I ate the same amount of calories as I have been on my other UDs. |

I totally expect the BOUNCE but it still makes me frustrated.
