4/23: 318.6 (after UD) not sure what happened here - maybe retaining water?? I did yard work for 3 hours in the morning and it was quite hot out which made me drink lots of water yesterday (about 2 times the amount I usually drink). I ate the same amount of calories as I have been on my other UDs.

New plan...I'm only going to weigh after a DD. I had a FD on Sunday - yes I know, not supposed to really do that during the early weeks, but it was my birthday, and "Life happens" - But I know now it wasn't worth it. I'm still holding onto residual water weight from the food I ate. I think I'm going to start weighing only after a DD b/c I really feel the numbers messing with my head. I totally expect the BOUNCE but it still makes me frustrated.
