I'm up a couple lbs after two straight UD (had a friend in town so it was tough), but I'm back at it today. I am going be on a mini-vacation this next weekend so I'll be all off schedule again, but I'd rather get in a couple good DDs before going rather than saying "screw it" to the whole week.

I'm know I'm just starting JUDDD and shouldn't be messing with my UD/DD schedule. Once this weekend is over I can get into more of a routine.

Doing great on my DD today and spending all day running to the bathroom so I must have had a bunch of water to shed. Sometimes flying does that to me and all the restaurant meals (and wine, ahem). Hoping for a new low tomorrow!!!!

You don't have to be weighing and tracking more often unless you want to be.

We have this thread because we find it helpful to pay close attention to the patterns, but it's really not necessary. JUDDD works whether you're watching closely and tracking, or whether you're not.
