Tina, I'm using the exact same numbers as you: DD, 500; UD, 1600

Yesterday, I really went overboard, but it was mostly low carb which I usually aim for and late in the day, I was thinking that I could actually remember all that I had eaten so I put it in ****** and found my number to be actually that high (2196) at least! We had our dinner at noon at Outback and I had the sweet potato fries...really, really good!!!

FREAKIN HEALTH-O-METER!!

ok i hopped on the healthometer today and was barely awake.
i weighed and it came up with 3.4 i decided to reweigh just out of curiosity
and it came up as 1.2
big difference?!?!?!

almost all of wallyworlds scales are made by healthometer
are they crap? i know i i didnt lose two pounds after easter dinner(s)!!

After big Easter UD I have not weighed yet this morning! Maybe I will and maybe I won't. Not sure I want to see it.

Don't know about the healthometers. I bought myself a digital Tanita a long time ago and I love love love it. Consistent every time.
I have a regular scale upstairs that I use to basically "guesstimate" my weight. It is a good scale but is not digital so you have to count the little lines between numbers.

Jamie, I increased my dd numbers and it helped. I was trying to go as low as I could (like 150 a couple of times) and it did not speed up my weight loss and I'm happier when I get to eat a bit on my down days. I stick right around 400 on down days and am losing well.

It's counter-intuitive, but fewer calories are not always better on this WOE.
