4/1 127 UD (1352 cal, 80g carb)
4/2 127 DD (644 cal, 80g carb--would have been under 500 but my dd made muffins for dinner especially so I could eat them. I couldn't disappoint her, and it apparently didn't hurt anything because...)
4/3 126 UD NEW LOW! (1591 cal, 153g carb)
4/4 127 DD (628 cal, 35g carbs)
4/5 127 UD (1478 cal, 121g carbs)
4/6 126 DD (532 cal, 34g carbs)
4/7 126 MD (I get to claim it for real since today is official weigh day!)

So many great numbers here today! WTG!

Dawn, you've really stabilized the bouncy ball these days. If your pattern continues looks like you're due for another whoosh.

Woohoo, and yes claim it!!
No bouncing going on here . . . I'm just hoping the pattern doesn't continue. It was 4 stable days, then a drop, then 5 stable days, then a drop. I'm hoping I get a drop before 6 days.

So if you're looking at just my April numbers, you're only seeing one part of the picture--the good part. It also comes with the not-so-fun part, where I am on plan and seeing no movement on the scale. Keep that in mind.

If you want more detailed up day menus, I can do that for you, but it'll have to be later this weekend or maybe Monday. I lead a complicated life these days...

Thank you! I did JUDDD for a few months and lost about 9 lbs. but then seemed to just be maintaining. My problem wasn't the DDs, it was the UDs. I kept going overboard! It was like a free for all day I know it works - I just need to figure out how to not binge on the UDs. I just lost 14 lbs. with hhcg and I'm doing an interruption for Easter. I have about 5 lbs. to reach my spring/summer goal of 179 lbs. I think from there I'm going to jump back into JUDDD. Do you have a journal?

Start Date: 10/10 (hcg-lost a total of 115 .bs) 3/24 - JUDDD
Started JUDDDing with an UD on March 24th. Weight that morning was 147.

April weigh in stats:

April 1 -148.4 (UD)
April 2 - 149.2 (DD)
April 3 - 147.8 (UD)
April 4 - 150.4 (DD)
April 5 - 148.6 (UD - actually this sort of became a MD)
April 6 - 149.0 (This was sort of a MD too, because I wanted to enjoy Passover)
April 7 - 150.0 (Doing a true DD today)

It seems like my trend is an upward one instead of a downward one. Or maybe one of maintaining; because all of my numbers seem to be between 147 -150. I want to get to maintaining 145. My DD are 500 and my UD are between 1900 and 2200. Some of my UD were only around 1700-1800, but it didn't seem to make a difference. One of my DD was 380 and one went over by about 150; those didn't seem to make much difference either. It's been two weeks today. I will continue to do this for at least another week or so (maybe longer than that as long as I don't go up and up). I just feel a little discouraged because I really want to keep the scale bouncung in the range of 145.

Like an online journal? No. I do log food, fitfully, between two different sites. I've used *********** for over a year and a half but recently have started using ************ sometimes. And lately on down days I don't log at all because I know exactly what I'm eating because I've eaten the same things over and over again.

But most of my up days are logged. I am lunaloca on ***********, feel free to check my page and menus and exercise logged over there. On ************ I am lunaloca2 (someone already had lunaloca, go figure) and you're welcome to look there too.
