I think this sounds good

Latte Coffee Shake

1 cup strong coffee (I cold-brewed a cup of vanilla biscotti coffee last night for this purpose)
1 cup milk
12 ice cubes
1/3 package instant chocolate pudding powder
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Hazelnut creamer (or your favorite kind) just a splash for flavor
Sugar (sweeten to taste, however much you like)
Whipped cream, optional, for topping

I would use skim milk, sugarfree pudding mix, skip the creamer (the coffee is already flavored),
Splenda instead of sugar, and no whipped cream. It will be under 150 calories- until I add the
Three Olives Espresso vodka at ~70 cals/ounce. I would think that with calories this low,
it might be a good place to sneak in some coconut oil.

Sounds good! (er, well, up until you mentioned the vodka, anyway!) On my DD's, I like to put chocolate protein powder and a little SF cocoa mix into my coffee (you have to have the coffee not-blazing-hot to stir in the protein powder or it clumps up). I use enough protein powder that it's about 100 calories--adds a bit of protein to my breakfast, and I really like how it tastes. I'll have to think about the cold-shake thing with my coffee as summer approaches...

I just tried this

1 cup cold-brewed vanilla biscotti coffee
1 cup skim milk
12 ice cubes
1/3 package instant sugarfree chocolate pudding powder (scant 2 Tbsp)
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Great Value sugarfree chocolate syrup instead)
Splenda- about 5 drops
2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Unfortunately, this made at least two servings at 197 cals each. I'm trying to find ways to up my calories on UD- I have trouble reaching my calories unless i eat right up until bedtime (and then I have difficulty sleeping). It's really good, but I prefer my CO *melted* in hot beverages.

I even had 1 1/2 servings of my supper casserole, and that only came to 299 calories- but yummmm!! it was good!! (Same casserole I made for potluck supper last week at church- I only got a *taste* of it there- now I get the whole thing all to myself- all 1194 calories' worth )
