I only started tracking one month ago. December to March was tracked on another system while I was low carbing.

Thanks, and I agree, I love looking at them! I think this would be a great sticky thread to encourage newbies because these are so encouraging when the scale is a bouncin'!! I was very discouraged with my bouncing chart until I saw the previous charts and then gave mine a closer look.

Our charts kinda make me think that they show our bodies are responding like we want them to - keeping them fooled and tricked!

The downs make them go "hold on, she's starving us!", the ups have them going "ah, relax, she's feeding us!". Or vice versa.

Thank you Pami for all your help. I think I got it now, and here's hoping it posts.


This one is from the time I started JUDDD to present. I did not weigh every day in the beginning. That's why it's less "bouncy."

This one is just March. I started a new medication on March 11, and it took a couple of weeks for the weight to start moving again. I think it's illustrated pretty well here.

What kind of software do you have? If you have Excel, you can do it there. If you don't have Excel and don't want to spend the $$$ to buy it, you can download a suite of programs at openoffice.org that work very similarly to MS Office programs. There are also templates on the 'net that you can download for free, save and fill in with your own information. Let me know what you need help with- I'm more than happy to talk you through it.
