Down day for me so a shake, shake and another shake. I had an up day yesterday and as a treat, I had 2 bbq sandwiches with slaw for dinner. Then I got hungry again at 10:00 and went and fried 2 eggs in bacon grease and had a piece of bread. Got up this morning and had lost 3 lb. This is my 13th day, guess my skinny gene is finally kicking in. Yeah

Down Day here.. I'll spend most of the day with just mugs of coffee. On DDs I've been adding 1 T whole milk and 1 T half & half cream to each coffee, and it keeps me feeling happily satisfied for the entire day on few calories.

I have to go through the refrigerator today and use up the little odds and ends. I buy almost every vegetable there is and stuff my refrigerator, so at the end of each week it's time to use up those veggie odds and ends. My guess is I'm having a late lunch of odds and ends salad, and then later, a supper of odds and ends stir-fry.

So much for "carbs" triggering hunger. I'm just not seeing or feeling it.

B: coffee/ WG english muffin/piece of ham

Pixie - who still needs about 1500 more calories today.

DD here

B - coffee with SF French Vanilla creamer
L - chicken, cabbage and LC
D - chicken, cabbage and LC

I may have to change that up as I have some veggies that need using up as well. I buy so much with great intentions and it sometimes goes to veggie heaven sitting in my fridge. Oh well.

DD here...

Broth...
More broth...
And whatever I can pull out of the cupboard for around 350 calories...

I just got my organic better than bouillon in the mail, so I hope it's good! So many have msg or autolyzed yeast extract so it's hard to find a good one.

Just had an egg mug for the first time. It was quite yummy, but I'm glad I tried it on an UD because I'm still hungry.

Mine was:
6 T egg whites
1 T bacon bits (the real kind)
2 T diced yellow onion
1 wedge WW jalapeno cheese

125 total

MUDDD day.

Finishing the UD until 2pm. Shredded Wheat and skimmed milk for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch, one cappuccino.

DD food started at 8.30pm with mushroom and celery cooked in Bovril broth then, on the spur of the moment I weighed out 150 grams of my DH's Linguine and added that.

I know I don't wake up hungry so will probably only have coffee until well into the afternoon tomorrow.

UD for me.

I got up early and ate peanut butter toast with my coffee & almond milk. This afternoon I was at a festival, and had mac & cheese and a butterfinger parfait. So good! I don't know how many calories that adds up to but they were small servings. I would have eaten more, but it was so hot & humid it kind of killed my appetite.

I've been craving a baked potato and will work that into my dinner tonight.

Since I had so few calories over the day, decided to turn it into a "Fast 5-ish" day of MUDDD, so I will begin FD at this point and continue that into tomorrow.
