We are all so different. Although tall, I have a very petite structure with tiny bones, narrow hips. It wouldn't look right for most women my height to be my weight, but I still have enough fat on me right now. I'd like some of that extra bosom of course that you talk about wanting to lose!. Yam Yam....It is so very late here and just now getting to read all these great posts. You may not ever see my response, but here goes anyway. Your happiness as a result of your success is soooo infectious!! Everyone is right that it couldn't happen to a better person. You are beautiful inside and out. Could it be even more of the "magic" of JUDDD??? Oh, oh, Yam.....on the same note...I think you will get a kick out of this: The other day I saw a quote from an Italian writer/director....."Life is a combination of magic and pasta" !!!!! I instantly thought this man MUST have been familiar with JUDDD.

CONGRAULATIONS YAM YAM. And I will admit I was a bit skeptical about the size 10 years. WHY??? I am 5'7" and am down to 163.4 this morning and I wore size 14 jeans to work yesterday. Now I will admit they were loose but I also have the same style in 12 and they can be worn also but they are snug.

Hmmm. If yam yam can so can I. I have size 10 jeans in my closet so I marched in there this morning, found them on my closet shelf and tried them on. Boy was I surprised when they fit and not skin tight either. I would have never fit into these at 163 before JUDDD.

Yea for both of us and for any others that dig out their size 10's just to see.
You appear to be one of those short torso long legs people and I am more of a combo but leaning towards long legs so I think body type also plays into what size we can wear. (The other body type is long torso short legs)

See?? JUDD does something different with our body fat. I can feel it. I'm shaped differently than the last time I weighed this.

Does anybody ever shop at Chico's?? I just tried on a pair of Capris I bought there. They were skin tight when I bought them (in the 2 range, Chico's sizing is 1-small 2-med/large 3 extra large).

Anyway, they are so baggy the waist band literally fell down to my thigh area so I guess they are going in the donation bag and I hardly got to wear them at all!!!

I suggest you all keep trying on your smaller or tight clothes! Otherwise, you won't get to wear them!!! With JUDD there is a "window of wearing"

You know? You put your tight pants away in a storage bag or box at the back of the closet, hoping some day you will fit into them again? Then, you pull them out after JUDDing for a while, try them on, and it's "pants on the ground" like someone said!!!

If someone grows (down) out of an 18, you say: I have x, y, z available, anyone want it?
And someone here might want it.

I used to do this years ago on another board, and while I was losing, I was constantly giving my stuff to people I *knew* and it was cool.

I also got stuff too-- jeans from one friend, and some suits, and a box of cool stuff from another friend...

That's a neat idea! I've never done that. We have a Salvation Army truck that leaves a container every month with the day their truck will be on our street, usually a Tuesday. I just put my give-aways in that container and put it out by the curb. They pick it up in the truck and leave a receipt hanging on the outside door knob. Pretty convenient.

I've gotten so excited about getting rid of the bigger stuff as soon as it's too baggy to wear. Unless it's something really comfy and I like wearing it around the house or to do chores in. As soon as I try something on that's too baggy to wear, I put it in the donation container which I keep in the garage.
