A whole new decade and new low!!!
broke into 160s today
 not ever going back to 170s and no one is making me so thankful I found juddd and you all for the incredible support and encouragement this is such a huge breakthrough for me that I can hardly stand it I may be sobbing in a grateful happy relieved sort of way as I go for my walk in a few minutes Cheers! |
