UD here, and lots of fun planned for today-DH is getting up early this afternoon, and taking me shopping for clothes!! Wahoo!
Pre-run: Black coffee with 2 Tbsp whole milk-20 cal B: Voskos greek yogurt w/honey topped with Erin Baker's peanut butter granola (aka "crack" granola in our house---I'm warning you ) and a mini-pack of raisins, drizzled with Nutiva, cafe con lecheL: My totally favorite Mexican restaurant-I am going to have whatever I want, 'CAUSE I CAN!! ![]() D: Don't know yet. I have some petite sirloins--maybe those, and some haricot verts and new potatoes.

UD for me.
b--2 grain-free vegan applesauce spice muffins with Earth balance soy free spread, 2 sausage/venison patties, 2 strawberries l--not sure yet s--probably smoked sausage and tri-color pepper stir fry. snacks-- coco/almond butter crack, So delicious Hazelnut coconut creamer in my coffee a couple times. Going for 1600 cals. |

DD 169.7 this morning. Not unexpected...I ate late.
B: Sourdough toast with Bacon, avocado, tomato L: 2 thin slices cheese with same S: sprite zero, 7 strawberries approx 400 total for the bacon, avocado, tomato (3/4 avocado at 207, 1 1/2 small tomato at 25, 4 slices bacon at 160) 100 for toast, 90 for cheese, 30 strawberries so 220 there. 620 for the day. |

Yesterday was a down day. Had decaf coffee all day until 6 pm, then had a quesadilla with 1 flour tortilla (170 cals), 3 oz cheese (300 cals) and salsa (30 cals). Total 500.
Today is an up day. B: 1 molasses cookie (75), 1 English muffin (160) toasted with 1 T butter (100), 3.5 thick slices of bacon (360), 2 eggs (140), 6 oz grapefruit juice (66), and 5 popcorn chicken pieces (75). What's that add up to? 976?????? Holy guacamole, big breakfast!! L: 124 grams of French bread (300) and 3.75 oz Double Gloucester w/chives (375) 675 Total for lunch Dinner: (planned): Pastrami on rye w/ lots of deli mustard and thick-cut french fries. Cals??? Need to keep to 700 or so, so maybe just half a sandwich. |

Well I am not sure if I have decided to do JUDD or not, but two days ago I did a DD and did about 600 calories,, yesterday an UD and did about 1700..
Today I have logged in ****** that I will be around 550. I h ave been reading so much about the benefits of the fasting , that is why I have been trying it out. So far today I had a bowl of steelcuts oats mixed with cottage cheese and pumpkin that someone posted the recipe for, they are awesome, but I cant say that they kept me satified for very long.. that was 95 calories, for lunch I had a cup of soup with veggies that I figure out to be about 140 calories,, 2 cups of coffie with SF non dairy creamer,,45 calories.. Dinner will be a piece of Mahimahi and veggies,, about 200 calories. So I hope to stay about 500 calories today , I do have a hard boiled egg just in case.. I am maintaining on lowcarb my weight, but lately I feel like I need to control what I eat more.. so the DD days really make me do that. I love reading everyones enthusiam here.. UD and not really hungry! So far have had:
B: coffee 3T 1/2&1/2, 1 packet Stevia (60) Orange (70) Snack: coffee 3T 1/2&1/2, 1 packet Stevia, plus 1T unsweetened cocoa powder (60), could have used another Stevia! About to cook lunch, probably a taco salad (minus the taco chips) gotta check the cals... D: don't know... |

Wish we could edit longer than 1 hour...
To add to my menu: Lunch was switched to 2 thin-ish sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts on a bed of lettuce (1/2 head), with 4T sour cream Snack: 1/2 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream! YUM!!! And I still have over 600 calories to fool around with for supper! Yeah JUDDD!!! |

Been gone all day, took my Dad to the big city for his Dr. appt. since he had that surgery (and he got a clean bill of health!)
-blend of white, black, Earl Grey teas with stevia Lunch at 1:30 p.m. -Wendy's jr. cheeseburger deluxe and split some fries with Mom & Dad Dinner about 5:30 p.m. -Golden Corral... yep - tied on at the 'ol feed trough! the usual mix of meats, seafood, veggies, some potatoes... had a small rice krispy treat dipped in the chocolate fountain (that I wonder if 100 kids hadn't also dipped their fingers into ) and a small chocolate sundae.unwinding at home, 8:30 p.m. -red wine -Cadbury Creme Egg I'm still wanting a little more wine and chocolate.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |
