Today I have logged in ****** that I will be around 550. I h ave been reading so much about the benefits of the fasting , that is why I have been trying it out. So far today I had a bowl of steelcuts oats mixed with cottage cheese and pumpkin that someone posted the recipe for, they are awesome, but I cant say that they kept me satified for very long.. that was 95 calories, for lunch I had a cup of soup with veggies that I figure out to be about 140 calories,, 2 cups of coffie with SF non dairy creamer,,45 calories.. Dinner will be a piece of Mahimahi and veggies,, about 200 calories. So I hope to stay about 500 calories today , I do have a hard boiled egg just in case.. I am maintaining on lowcarb my weight, but lately I feel like I need to control what I eat more.. so the DD days really make me do that. I love reading everyones enthusiam here..
Brenda! Looks like you're doing a great job!

-Wendy's jr. cheeseburger deluxe and split some fries with Mom & Dad

Dinner about 5:30 p.m.
-Golden Corral... yep - tied on at the 'ol feed trough! the usual mix of meats, seafood, veggies, some potatoes... had a small rice krispy treat dipped in the chocolate fountain (that I wonder if 100 kids hadn't also dipped their fingers into ) and a small chocolate sundae.

unwinding at home, 8:30 p.m.
-red wine
-Cadbury Creme Egg

I'm still wanting a little more wine and chocolate.
-had a packet of Great Value Mountain Trail Mix. I've never been much on trail mix but this stuff is addictive and kinda hits the spot when you want something sweet & salty.

-Ended up having 1.5 glasses wine.

Done for the night.

G'night sweet JUDDD buds... may the whoosh fairy sprinkle her sparkly whoosh-dust on you tonight while you slumber.

Okay, this hasn't happened for a while. I couldn't get enough calories today. I had the BLTA croissant, but didn't feel like fries so I got steamed carrots. I still had 800 calories left to consume!

Went to Whole Foods to look for the dark chocolate, almond, and sea salt bar that was recommended on another thread. They were sold out of that brand, so I got the Ghirardelli version, which is pretty good. Had that, a glass of Shiraz, a glass of Chardonnay, 1 1/2 T peanut butter, and am now having a vodka/diet coke.

Probably not the healthiest UD ever, but definitely one of the funnest!

my first DD today:

- fat free quark (very German, delicious and filling) 250 grams, 178 cals
- tuna packed in water, 90 grams, 96 cals
- wild tomatoes, 100 grams, 17 cals
- garden cucumber (they are tastier than the big watery ones) 100 gams, 12 cals
- lightly smoked turkey breast, sliced, 150 grams, 179 cals.

This brings my total to 482, so I could add some raspberry protein powder (no soy!) to my quark for flavour which would up my protein and add 16 cals for a TB scoop, which would bring my cals up to 498...

I'm new too!!!

xx Chloe.
