UD for me. I meant to grab some pork roll yesterday (aka taylor ham) so I could have a pork roll, egg & cheese sandwich, but forgot so it will be a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich on a nice whole wheat roll dh bought the other day for me.

S: making some chicken breasts in the pressure cooker for tacos (joseph's low-carb tortillas). Chicken, ranch dressing powder, chili seasonings, and I think cheese. I may save out one of the chicken breasts before I add the cheese to go with some cabbage for tomorrows dd.

sn--decaf with So Delicious Hazelnut coconut creamer (only 40 cals for 2 TBSP!)
l--either salad with lettuce, broc, caul, deli ham and vegan Italian ranch dressing, OR Progresso light chicken soup
s--beef burrito meat only, stir fry veggies

Just that works out to 408 cals, so I have a few to add an afternoon snack if I need it.

Everything weighed and measured = 1700 calories. Since I've had such a dreadful time with my JUDDD attempts in the past I am starting with a modified plan of 800/1700. Hopefully the swing is wide enough but even without full JUDDD magic I will be at an average of 1250 a day, something I can never seem to manage without dedicated down and up days. Fingers crossed.
