post workout protein drink

breakfast - slice of toast with cream cheese & smoked salmon

lunch - 1/2 a large oreo blizzard (shared with dd). Mmmm. I missed getting one with the rest of the family last week and the special is over in a couple days. Dh opted for a higher cal. one (I tried to warn him) and when he got home and saw that his was 1500 calories he was a bit bummed. But a good eye opener for him.

Dinner - not sure yet but I have 900 calories to 'spend'. LOL
