Even better than chips recipe

Hi all,
My hubby makes us fried chees. It's so crispy, salty, a little chewy in places. It's better than eating a bag of potato chips. It's great for juddders and low carbers.
In a small nonstick frying pan put 1/2 cup shredded cheese, we use the Mexican blend. No butter or oil needed.
Add a little sprinkle of Parmesan .
It's ok if there are spaces and the bottom of the pan is not completely covered, it's supposed to look that way
Cook on med heat until the cheese is medium brown on the bottom and can be flipped over.
Flip the cheese over and cook this side until it is med to med-dark brown
Flip over quickly one more time
Serve immediately while still hot and crispy.
I hope you all love these as much as we do! They are about 200 calories each.

I do that in the microwave on parchment paper with almost any kind of cheese. It's yummy. Thanks for sharing.

The weight watchers light string cheese (mozzarella) sticks: just slice into little coins (about 12-15) and put on a silpat or parchment and nuke for 1 minute. Perfect little crunchy chips @ 50 calories per stick

I tried this in the microwave the other day, but my cheese did not crunch up! Maybe I didn't nuke long enough, or maybe because I didn't use parchment paper?!? Must try in frying pan!!

boop: if it's a really oily cheese, you may want to blot it with a paper towel about 1/2 way through the cooking time
