I know!!! Right? I could actually have 4 fudgesicles on a DD and still have room for Miracle Noodles!

Somewhere I read, (probably on the recipe forum) that you can freeze the can of coconut milk. Mix up the cocoa and sweetener inside the can and just freeze it in the can? Does this sound doable?

I bought choco perfection dark chocolate bars from netrition and ate six in a week and lost weight. Only 195 cal and 2 net carbs. The only downside is the price, about $32 for a 12 pak. That's the only thing that keeps me from gobbling them up all at once. They come in four flavors.

For some reason those bars give me stomach distress. But they are yummy and have a greast texture. How cool to have lost weight while eating them!!

okay... this is one of the joys of JUDDD. I was envious of all of you who were eating your yummy chocolates and wine yesterday. So I couldn't wait for this morning 'cause I am having chocolate for breakfast!! I'll save the shiraz for later. Gotta love JUDDD.

I think this thread is testing my self control! I bought a Ghirardielli Intense Dark bar 60% cocoa today. Usually I get the 85% and up cocoa -really dark ones-, but I'll walk on the wild side today with less cocoa more sugar, lol.

Me too! With coffee and chocolate I am expecting 3 pounds down on the scale tomorrow.

That is actually my favorite percentage. My taste buds haven't quite accommodated to the higher percentages of cocoa. Pretty cool you are walking on the wild side.
