DD for me. I struggled yesterday with getting in enough food on my UP day and fell short about 200 calories. I'm trying to avoid sugar and junk foods, so I'll have to figure out some healthy ways to get in calories on up days. Getting used to eating freely on alternate days is a big change, and my appetite hasn't quite caught up with it.
B - half an apple, wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss cheese (78 calories) S - Clif bar (240 calories) D - Gardein scallopine cutlet, 2 cups angel hair cabbage, 1 wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss cheese (150 calories) Total: 468 |

UD that I messed up- LOL- no surprise there
B- one egg, one slice LC bread, 1 1/2 tsp butter L- I dunno, it was mid-afternoon, maybe snack? anyway, a piece of lemon "pound" cake- a doctored-up cake mix- you really should try this ![]() 432 calories I'm at 24% of my calories, so a little higher than the usual DD, but too low to be MD Tomorrow will be UD, but I need to fix this rotation, because now I have DDs landing on Good Friday and Easter |

egg whites fried in coconut oil
3 cups total of almond milk with hemp protein( 1 for bf the other for lunch) a few pieces of pineapple light baby bell -over ate a bit on this but it's my up day lol! small tomato stuffed with fresh cheese topped with extra light dressing (3 cals for 2 tbsp) coleslaw with the extra light dressing] 2 small maple candies mmmmm fresh maple candies! lemon mint maple water thinking of either boiled peanuts or making real maple covered nuts |

Saag Paneer, dal, naan, vegetable samosa, and mixed vegetable curry, with kheer for dessert. I did not have rice. ![]() I did have shiraz. ![]() |

It's a rice pudding (so technically I had rice, just not the rice that came with my meal). It's very milky and this one had nuts and raisins in it.
