Depends when you need to change them for!
Basically - I would work it like this: DD, MD, UD, DD however if it is coming tomorrow and today was an UD - I would just go: UD, UD, DD When you can plan - it's a good idea to swing in a Medium Day to alter your pattern. Personally, I can't do a DD after a MD - but some people do - so that may also help. Aagh - I think I've made no sense!! |

Vicky has it right. What day do you need to be a UD and we can help you line up your exact days?

Keep your normal DD, add a MD, then do an UD and your pattern will be changed.
Think of it by sizes, small-medium-large, or in alphabetical order if that works for you D-M-U. |

M: DD T: UD W: DD Th: MD F: UD You'd keep with the same rotation, but make Thursday a middle day, meaning a day where you eat an average or your UD and DD calories (UD+DD) / 2. Then Friday is a UD, Sat a DD, and so on and so forth. I hope that helps! |

I agree with Dawn. DD/MD/UD is the 1-2-3 order that works best for me. And the low/medium/high order is a great reminder! |

Think, "Small, Medium and Large," as a memory aid. Down Day, Medium Day, Up Day. Like the others have said, doing a down day after a medium day may leave you feeling too hungry, as you haven't properly fueled up the day before.
